Whether you are a large or small manufacturing or service company, a non-for-profit organization, or government agency, HCC can fill virtually all of your training and education needs.  HCC has a local reputation for credit and non-credit education and training that provides skills for new and long-term employees.

HCC’s national and international reputation in workforce development has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years...HCC is the recipient of the coveted National Workforce Development Award from the U.S. Department of Labor and the American Association of Community Colleges, and HCC programs have been used as models and collaboratives in England and Ireland.

All too often, small companies are faced with the problem of having only a handful of employees needing a particular type of training, making it cost prohibitive to obtain the quality of training that is needed. Your company doesn’t have to settle for inferior training. Whether through live training or distance learning, HCC can offer your employees the same training services that the Fortune 500 companies provide to their employees...at an affordable price!

If you have no employee tuition assistance program at your company, the Corporate College will provide your employees with tuition discounts. If your company does provide tuition assistance, your employees will receive the Corporate College discounts which are then passed on to your company when you reimburse your employees for HCC courses or training.

For just $40 a year, the HCC Corporate College Program will provide comprehensive education and training services for you and your employees, regardless of the size of your company.
