ALLIED HEALTH TRAINING PROGRAM
     The Center for Business & Professional Development at HCC, in partnership with Condensed Curriculum International, Inc. (CCI), now offers healthcare professional training programs for current health care professionals and working adults interested in a new career.

Prepare for jobs in some of the fastest growing healthcare careers including Pharmacy Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Billing and Coding, EKG Technician, and others. Low-interest educational loans are available to those who qualify.

EXTENDED CARE CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE
Dedicated to Developing World-Class Quality of Care through Training and Services for Long-Term Care Organizations and Staff.


As a result of developing and facilitating training specific to the long-term care, home health, and assisted living organizations since 1999, The Center has developed the Extended Care Center for Excellence to provide responsive, timely training for employees at all levels, and to residents and family caregivers.

Courses at HCC through the Extended Care Center for Excellence are through contract with one or more long-term care organizations, and all courses may be held on site throughout Western Massachusetts.
ECCLI funding is currently available to skilled nursing homes for worker training.

With the population aging at a rapid rate, the number of those over 65 will more than double by 2020. The demand for knowledgeable providers to meet the needs of this population is dramatically increasing.
